As the exclusive listing agent, she represented more than $100 million in inventory, highlighted by two penthouse sales—one to Grammy Award-winner The Weeknd.
With luxury and entertainment as the foundation of her career, Susan blends creative marketing expertise with sharp negotiation skills to deliver results across every transaction. A Pittsburgh native, she lived briefly in Miami before relocating to New York City, where she managed a job site for Tishman Speyer that later became the venue where she produced events for major sports leagues, top networks, and film studios—honing her abilities as an agilest who thrives in any environment. In Los Angeles, Susan worked for William Morris, spent several years as Corporate Marketing Director for Robb Report, and later founded a boutique marketing firm representing elite clients and estates, including Richard Manion Architecture and the homes of Elizabeth Taylor, Sydney Pollack, and Heidi Klum.
After receiving her Broker’s license, Susan forged a partnership with Rolling Stone and a local developer to reimagine an iconic Elmer Grey estate. She curated exclusive designers, secured luxury brand collaborations, and executed high-profile events, saving the developer millions in construction costs—ultimately resulting in her first listing at $21 million.
