Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Spencer launched his career selling homes under one of Los Angeles’ top producing agents in 2010. After leaving her team to pursue his own career, Spencer quickly distinguished himself at Keller Williams Beverly Hills where he finished three years in a row in the office’s “Top 15 in Agent Production” before becoming an Estates Director with Compass. Spencer has closed over $600,000,000 in property in his career to date.
After attending The Ohio State University, where he graduated with a double major in real estate finance and marketing, Spencer was drawn back to Los Angeles to pursue real estate full time. “I have always felt that there is no better market in the world,” he explains. “L.A.’s lifestyle, weather, architecture, and exciting growth have always been inspiring.” When it concerns his clientele, integrity is the most important value to Spencer: “I always operate with integrity and the client’s best interest at heart. The best clients are repeat clients and cultivation of those relationships is key.” To Spencer, creating a successful buying and selling experience by caring for his client’s investments is always of utmost importance.
Through his determination and outgoing nature, Spencer has never resold a home for less than it was originally purchased for. During his free time, Spencer can be found exploring one of the many wonderful neighborhoods in Los Angeles - Downtown, Venice, Beverly Hills, Silver Lake, and West Hollywood just to name a few!
