Matt Clayman serves as the General Manager of The Beverly Hills Estates, overseeing all agents, brokerage operations, and the implementation of strategic foundational systems and operational efficiencies for long term growth and success.
He has nurtured and developed top producing real estate teams at Compass, Douglas Elliman, and Side where he managed 24 boutique brokerages across California. He has worked as both an Agent, Executive Director of Operations, and Manager.
Matt lives in Santa Monica with his partner and their two dogs. He enjoys playing the guitar, sailing, and traveling.
