Graduating from Penn State with a BA in Labor Relations, James spent years in the private sector negotiating contracts, advising stakeholders, and developing policies, among many other critical functions. Interpreting laws, ensuring compliance, and facilitating conversations and negotiations amongst parties with often-competing interests has all allowed James to expertly guide his clients through dozens of complex real estate transactions.
Transitioning into real estate in 2019, James spent years representing buyers and sellers on the east coast and now calls Los Angeles his home, where he works alongside Anthony Barillo. Together Anthony and James have over $700 million in sales, with an emphasis on comprehensive client relationship-building and guidance with every transaction.
