Herbert Weatherford is a native Angeleno with a career built on creativity, collaboration, and results. He began his career in entertainment at a young age as a DJ, developing an early understanding of audiences, timing, and connection before transitioning into television production.

Over the past 20 years, Herbert has produced some of the most recognizable shows in the industry, including Flavor of Love, Joe Millionaire, Million Dollar Secret, and The Valley for Bravo. He also spent 12 years producing ABC’s flagship franchises, The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise, where he refined his ability to manage high-stakes negotiations, complex logistics, and diverse personalities while keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned.

Segueing from his production career into real estate, Herbert has developed a sharp eye for detail, a people-first approach, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset. That journey has led him to join the real estate boutique brokerage, The Beverly Hills Estates, where he’s partnered with valley expert and Broker Associate, Alison Turner. Herbert is fluent in Spanish and familiar with Los Angeles’ diverse communities, he is known for bringing multiple perspectives together to move transactions forward smoothly. A devoted husband and father, Herbert is committed to guiding clients through each step of the process with clarity, integrity, and care.
