A Los Angeles native, Ben is naturally cognizant of the local market and its growing trends. Having studied architecture and real estate development at USC, Ben layers valuation and financial analysis with his creative vision to find innovative solutions to his clients’ needs. His passion for design and appreciation for his hometown’s unique landscape was instilled in him at an early age through his experiences working with famed interior designers and developers. His comprehensive knowledge of design and spatial elements are especially applicable in identifying immaculate or flawed products.
Ben began his career assisting a top producing Realtor®, where he oversaw transactions up to 100 million dollars from start to finish. After several years collaborating with industry leaders, Ben advanced as an agent on a high-ranking team and produced an impressive $16 Million in his first 6 months. Soon after, Ben ventured out as a solo agent and earned the title of Rookie of the Year 2024 in his debut year on his own.
