A Los Angeles native, Ben is naturally cognizant of the local market and its growing trends. Having studied architecture and real estate development at USC, Ben layers valuation and financial analysis with his creative vision to find innovative solutions to his clients’ needs. His passion for design and appreciation for his hometown’s unique landscape was instilled in him at an early age through his experiences working with famed interior designers and developers. His comprehensive knowledge of design and spatial elements are especially applicable in identifying immaculate or flawed products.
Ben began his career assisting a top producing Realtor®, where he oversaw transactions up to 100 million dollars from start to finish. After several years of working with the biggest names in the business, Ben advanced as an agent and produced an impressive $16 Million in his first 6 months.
